"Try to remember that being unsuccessful in school doesn’t automatically mean you’ll be unsuccessful in life. Lots of people who didn’t excel in school still went on to have successful lives."
-Dav Pilkey

Dav Pilkey is the prolific author and illustrator of the popular Captain Underpants series. Dav is both dyslexic and ADHD.

Dav Pilkey appears in support of the Children’s Book Bank, a registered charity that supports childhood literacy by providing free books and literacy support to children in low-income neighbourhoods in the Toronto area. From Canada’s first storefront “book bank” in the Regent Park area of Toronto, The Children’s Book Bank collects and distributes gently used children’s books and distributes them free of charge to children who might not otherwise have a chance to own their own books.
